Had a great Christmas at this hotel! Loved the complimentary breakfast and the cozy rooms. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. the staff were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed.

the lack of storage space made it difficult to keep our belongings organized, and we had to constantly ask for fresh towels.

During my stay, I found the hotel's staff courteous and helpful in providing any small items like a knife for cutting fruit. The bathroom was quite clean and the bed was comfortable. Additionally, the manager was welcoming and helped with the registration process.

Nothing, all aspects of my stay were excellent.

The hotel's location is somewhat isolated, requiring a long walk to access quality breakfast or tea/coffee outside. Rooms are only fit for sleeping, with no storage space or coffee/tea makers. Bathrooms sometimes have amenities missing and the hygiene level is questionable. the staff are friendly and try to help with amenities like cutlery or towels.

Mosquitoes plague the room throughout the night, remaining even after the staff sprayed a repellent.

Wow! Our romantic escape was heaven. The rooms were lovely and spacious with a cozy bed that made us sleep like babies. The location was perfect for us as it was near restaurants and shops that we enjoyed visiting. One more great aspect was the friendly staff who were always ready to help and made our stay even more enjoyable.

There were some aspects that didn't meet our expectations. The noise from the street outside was a bit disturbing, and the walls were too thin, so we heard our neighbors' activities.
